Honey is hygroscopic – it easily absorbs atmospheric moisture and foreign odors, which can negatively affect its quality. Therefore, the tank is equipped with a stainless steel roof with rubber seal, which closes it tightly and helps protect the contents from impurities, moisture, and insects. The honey thus remains in a safe environment and better retains its natural aroma and consistency.
Clean and Convenient Bottling into Jars
