You will achieve the best results when bottling if you strain the honey through fine sieves during honey extraction when transferring it into the tank. After extraction, it is advisable to let the honey settle in the stainless steel tank for 2–3 days – small impurities and foam with air bubbles will rise to the surface, which you can then easily remove. For smooth flow through the valve, the ideal temperature of the honey or room is approximately 30–35 °C (for example, using a heating coil). The honey will retain its important properties and bottling will be significantly more convenient.
