Thanks to the reversible cassettes, there is no need to manually flip the combs during extraction – during a larger honey flow, you will notice the difference immediately. The control system allows you to choose between an automatic program and manual mode, so you can adjust the entire process according to the type of honey, the age of the comb, and the strength of the honeycombs.

The extractor can be powered from a 230 V mains supply or directly from a 12 V battery (e.g., a car battery), so you can extract honey even in the field without access to electricity. The control unit offers 9 preset cycles and allows you to adjust the total time and motor speed ramp-up. Warranty and post-warranty service, including availability of spare parts and a standard 24-month warranty, are included as a matter of course.

Universal Capacity and Frame Compatibility

This model is built to accommodate a wide range of common frame sizes. The basket easily fits Langstroth (137 to 285), 39×17, 39×24, 39×27.5, 39×30, Optimal 42×17 and 42×27.5, Dadant, Czechoslovak 37×30 frames and many others. All honey extractors in our range can accommodate a Langstroth frame in height – there is sufficient space around the basket and cassettes; the decisive factor is primarily the basket width. A strong point of this model is the ability to extract up to 12× Langstroth 2/3 (159) frames at once!

Top-Quality and Safe Construction

When working with honey, hygiene and safe operation are essential. The drum with a diameter of 100 cm and all parts that come into contact with honey are made of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel 0H18N9 (food-grade) with a thickness of 0.6 mm. The basket is made of stainless steel rods and is fitted with cassettes featuring a profile design that helps protect the comb and reduces the risk of tearing the honeycombs. The cassettes are connected by springs that automatically return them to their starting position after extraction. For smooth operation, the basket is mounted on bearings at both the top and bottom, and the drive is provided by a quiet 280 W motor located at the bottom. A transparent lid made of durable Plexiglas allows you to safely monitor the extraction process without direct contact with the rotating basket.

Important Notice Regarding Power Supply

When operating on 12 V, use exclusively a car battery or the original Lysoň transformer. Using a standard car battery charger or a non-original transformer can irreversibly damage the control unit! For a smooth honey processing workflow, we recommend complementing your equipment with a settling tank with a heated jacket and suitable cleaning products from our range.
