The days when beekeepers only had classic white suits to choose from are gone. This beekeeping smock from the Color Line collection brings a modern look in an original purple color that catches the eye at first sight. At the same time, it remains the most important thing: reliable equipment for safe work at the hives. Durable yet breathable material with a weight of 185 g/m² provides comfort even during summer colony inspections. The purple base is complemented by striking black trim, zipper and mesh on the hat – beekeeping clothing in which you will feel confident and look neat.

Safety at the Hives Without Compromise

When working with bees, every detail matters – and protection from stings is absolutely essential. The smock is equipped with an innovative removable hat that protects the head and neck while offering good orientation thanks to quality mesh with excellent visibility and ventilation. Integrated double hoops keep the mesh at a safe distance from the face so it doesn't come close to the skin during movement. In the neck area, there is also a practical Velcro flap that helps prevent bees from getting under the clothing. The sleeves are finished with a firm elastic band and thumb hole, so they don't roll up when handling frames or supers.

Practical Features for Everyday Beekeeping

During colony inspections, it's advantageous to have tools always at hand. That's why the smock offers two spacious belly pockets (suitable for example for a hive tool, bee brush or gloves) and two chest pockets – the right one with a zipper and the left one with Velcro. There's also a sturdy loop for convenient hanging in the honey house or apiary. The blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton contributes to long durability, abrasion resistance and shape stability even with frequent use.

Maintenance That Is Easy and Gentle

Always remove the hat before washing. The smock can be machine washed up to 40°C and tumble dried on low speed. We recommend hand washing the hat up to 40°C, or machine washing in a protective laundry bag (available for separate purchase). Do not bleach the garment, do not twist when wringing, and ideally dry hanging freely away from direct sunlight. Ironing is possible through a protective cloth or by steaming. The product comes with a 24-month warranty.
