The conical heating spiral with a diameter of 24 cm allows easy and efficient liquefying of crystallized or thick honey. Thanks to its enlarged heating surface, it helps to heat honey evenly and prepare it for further processing or jarring. Crystallization is a natural property of real honey, but it can complicate bottling and dispensing. With this spiral, you can simply restore the desired liquid consistency.

Gentle Honey Liquefying

When heating honey, it is important to maintain a suitable temperature so that its natural properties are preserved as much as possible. Honey is generally not recommended to be heated above 45–50 °C, as excessively high temperatures can negatively affect the enzymes and other valuable substances it contains. The built-in thermostat allows precise regulation of the heating temperature. The conical shape with its enlarged surface area also promotes even heat transfer and reduces the risk of localized overheating of honey near the heating element.
