The premium offer of our creaming devices Mellarius MaxiLine is a guarantee of high quality and long service life. The honey creaming machines from the Mellarius MaxiLine series have a modern design, with removable legs.
Do you want to prepare sought-after creamed (whipped) honey from your own honey that doesn't drip and spreads beautifully? The automatic creaming device Mellarius MaxiLine is a reliable solution for beekeepers who want to take honey processing to the next level and offer customers consistent quality. The robust drum is made of food-grade stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8–1 mm, making it more resistant to denting and ready for daily operation. Precision welding using plasma technology and smooth polished surfaces also facilitate washing and sanitation, which is essential when working with honey.

The device is designed for gentle, fully controlled creaming so that the honey achieves a stable creamy consistency without unnecessary effort. Automatic mixing and aeration cycles gradually break down crystals into very fine particles, resulting in smooth and uniform honey. The integrated timer ensures regular mixing starts several times a day (typically at 10–15 minute intervals), so the entire process runs practically by itself. The advantage of creamed honey is not only convenient spreading, but also that when properly processed, its natural taste and valuable components are preserved.
The device also includes a double jacket with heating. You can use this, for example, for controlled liquefying of honey or when you need to safely dissolve crystals – after heating (even above 40 °C depending on the selected mode), the honey returns to liquid form.
When working with dozens of kilograms of honey, comfortable handling is key. That's why the MaxiLine is equipped with three stable metal legs with wheels and brakes – you can easily move the device and securely lock it during operation. The legs can be easily dismounted, which facilitates transport and storage. The practically designed tap height allows you to bottle the finished creamed honey directly into jars without unnecessary pouring.
The construction also allows for quick disassembly for washing: the mixing blade and powerful electric motor (750 W) can be easily dismounted by loosening two screws. Safe operation is supported by a safety lock in the lid and massive stainless steel handles for comfortable handling.
