Honey creaming machine is a mixing and stirring machine for production of creamed honey. Heated and insulated sides and bottom. Made of stainless steel, and fitted with fully automatic controller. 70 L (100 kg)
Prepare creamed (set) honey with fine consistency that spreads well and holds its shape for a long time. This professional 70-liter equipment is a practical choice for beekeepers who want to have creaming under control while saving time. Automatic mixing mode together with integrated heating handles the repetitive routine for you – from processing crystallizing honey to gentle liquefaction.

Automatic operation: The control unit is set to a proven cycle of 15 minutes mixing / 1 hour pause. You don't need to watch the timing, the equipment works independently.
Creaming and liquefaction in one: Double-walled container with heating also allows gentle dissolving of crystallized honey at temperatures up to 55 °C.
Fine creamy structure: Specially shaped stainless steel propeller effectively breaks down crystals, so the resulting honey is smooth, fine and pleasantly spreadable.
Easier bottling into jars: At the end of the process, honey can be slightly warmed, which improves its flowability and speeds up filling.

Honey naturally crystallizes after extraction. If the process is left uncontrolled, larger and harder crystals may form. The creaming equipment therefore stirs the honey at regular intervals while gently aerating it – this mechanically breaks down the crystals into fine particles. The result is stable creamed honey that remains soft long-term, spreads easily and retains its natural properties.
Our tip: You can add freeze-dried fruit or cocoa to the finished creamed honey at the end of mixing to create original bee delicacies that will become a hit in your product range!
