Honey Creaming Machine with Heating, 150/200 l – 400 V/230 V

Honey creaming machine with heating, 150/200 l capacity (400 V/230 V) is a reliable helper for beekeepers who want to produce consistently high-quality creamed honey and simplify their work in the honey house. The integrated stirrer with a timer switch operates automatically at set intervals, so the creaming process runs without constant supervision. Thanks to the double-walled design, honey can not only be stirred but also gently heated – which is particularly useful at the final stage of creaming and especially before bottling, when slightly warmed honey paste fills jars more easily and settles nicely.

Benefits for Beekeepers and Customers

Creamed honey is increasingly popular among customers. They appreciate its smooth, spreadable consistency – it doesn't drip off bread, is easy to scoop, and is practical even for families with children. After extraction, honey is usually clear, but over time it naturally crystallizes. The ideal crystallization temperature is around 16–18 °C. At higher temperatures, crystallization occurs more slowly and larger, harder crystals may form. The creaming machine enables controlled refinement of crystals through regular stirring, resulting in a long-term stable creamy texture – similar to popular spreadable creams. With minimal effort, you can produce a premium product that keeps customers coming back.

How the Creaming Process Works

Creaming is a process in which honey is cyclically stirred over several days, while also being naturally aerated during stirring. Stirring is usually carried out several times a day for approximately 10–15 minutes until the honey reaches the desired smooth, creamy consistency. The principle involves gradually breaking down forming crystals so that the resulting texture is smooth and pleasantly spreadable.

Automatic Control for Hassle-Free Operation

The creaming machine is equipped with a control unit that automatically switches stirring on and off in a preset mode. The manufacturer sets the intervals to 15 minutes of stirring and 1 hour of pause. In practice, this means the machine works for 15 minutes (the stirrer rotates) and then stands idle for 1 hour. The alternation of these phases creates conditions for even and high-quality creaming. The total number of cycles is determined by how long you let the machine run.

Multi-Functional Use: Honey Liquefying (Decrystallization)

When heated above approximately 40 °C, honey liquefies again and the crystals gradually dissolve. A great advantage of this design is the integrated heating system. With the heated creaming machine, the one-hour pause interval can easily be switched off, and the machine can also be used as a fully functional decrystallization tank for liquefying honey. This gives you two functions in one unit, saving space in the honey house and investment in additional equipment.
