Contains Three Key Components for Strong and Healthy Colonies

1. Seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus): Patented combination of seaweed extracts, some of which grow exclusively on the Irish coast. Seaweeds are known for their antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal effects, prebiotic activity and high content of vitamins and minerals.
2. Thymol: Important for colony health – HiveAlive uses a special emulsification process that allows thymol to mix easily and evenly with sugar syrup, preventing separation or recrystallization.
3. Lemongrass: Calms bees, increases attractiveness of sugar syrup and promotes natural food uptake from feeders.

Instructions for Use

1. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
2. Add 2.5 ml HiveAlive per 1 liter of sugar syrup (1:1 water and sugar).
3. One 100 ml package is sufficient to prepare up to 40 liters of syrup, which is enough to feed approximately 10 colonies.
4. Feed the syrup after the last honey extraction or as autumn feeding. We recommend at least 4 liters of syrup per colony.
5. Can be mixed not only into sugar syrup but also into fondant – always ensure that temperature does not exceed 50°C.
6. If the colony does not accept food, the product can be applied by spraying (1:100, e.g. 3 ml HiveAlive per 300 ml sugar syrup), spray between frames and directly on bees once weekly for 3 weeks.
7. Stop HiveAlive feeding at least two weeks before final winterization or placing honey supers.

Safety Warning and Storage

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water (rinse eyes for 15 minutes, if ingested drink plenty of water and seek medical attention).
• Possible color variations are normal for natural products.
• Store in dark, cool and dry place, ideally at temperature above 8°C.
