These machines have two functions. They are designed to carry out the process of creaming and melting set honey. These device are also equipped with a temperature controller, preventing the honey from overheating.
Do you want to take your honey to the next level and offer customers a product they'll be happy to return to? Creaming equipment with a 100-liter tank (approx. 95–100 kg of honey) is a practical investment for beekeepers who want to increase the added value of floral honeys and sell them at a better price.

Creamed (creamy) honey is increasingly popular among customers – it doesn't drip, spreads excellently, and retains its natural properties without the need for harsh heating. With the right process, you can achieve a fine "buttery" texture simply and repeatedly.
Most floral honeys have a natural tendency to crystallize quickly. If the process occurs spontaneously, a coarse or even hard texture can develop, which is difficult for customers to work with. Liquid honey is attractive, but maintaining it often means repeated heating, which beekeepers usually want to minimize.
Creaming is controlled crystallization. The equipment gently processes honey using a specially shaped stainless steel paddle. Regular stirring breaks up crystals and distributes them evenly throughout the entire volume. The result is smooth creamy honey with a smooth consistency (similar to chocolate cream). The chemical composition doesn't change – only the physical properties are modified so the honey remains spreadable long-term.
You can leave manual stirring with a drill and monitoring the process in the past. The key element is the automatic control unit C-01, which ensures regular cycles without the need for supervision. The equipment can thus work even in your absence, for example overnight.
Proven cycle regime for creating fine texture:
15 minutes of intensive stirring –> 1 hour rest phase.
The cycle repeats for several days depending on the honey type and temperature conditions, until the honey reaches the desired creamy consistency.
The equipment is designed for long-term operation in beekeeping practice. Both the drum and paddle are made of acid-resistant stainless steel (0H18N9) intended for food contact, which is easy to keep clean. After completing creaming, you can use the stainless steel butterfly valve 6/4" for convenient bottling and filling honey directly into jars.

| Equipment specification | Value |
| Tank volume | 100 liters (approx. 140 kg of honey) |
| Power supply | 400 V |
| Motor power | 0.55W (gear motor) |
| Stirring speed | 36 rpm |
| Material | Acid-resistant stainless steel (0H18N9) |
| Control | Automatic controller C-01 (timer cycler) |

Tip for beekeepers: Best results are achieved when creaming in a room with temperature 16–18 °C. For faster crystallization startup, you can add a small amount of finely crystallized honey as a "starter" to liquid honey at the beginning.
