Honey extracting and settling tank Mellarius MaxiLine series with a capacity of 35 kg of honey with integrated heating element, sloped bottom, quality stainless steel taps and sealing stainless steel roof. Quality and practical extracting tank for 35 kilograms of honey.
In honey processing, details matter – cleanliness, precision, and smooth bottling flow. The Mellarius settling and bottling tank from the premium MaxiLine series is designed to significantly facilitate honey filling into jars for beekeepers while helping maintain high hygiene standards. This is not just an ordinary container, but a well-thought-out system for modern honey houses. The tank is made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 with a thickness of 0.8–1 mm, so it resists denting well and is designed for long service life even with regular operation.
The key advantage is integrated heating – a heating coil with thermostat keeps honey in optimal liquid consistency when it begins to crystallize or the honey house environment is cooler. Thanks to controlled heating, honey flows better through the gate valve, bottling is smoother, and work progresses faster. All joints are precisely processed by plasma welding, which creates smooth internal surfaces and minimizes the risk of dirt accumulation.

A typical feature of the MaxiLine series is the sloped bottom. Honey naturally gravitates toward the discharge gate valve, so at the end of bottling you don't have to tilt the container awkwardly to get out the last remnants. You save time, honey, and your back. The tank is also equipped with two welded stainless steel gate valves, allowing you to use it as a full-fledged settling tank: with the upper valve you draw off clean settled honey, with the lower one you conveniently drain sediment.
The package also includes a stainless steel conical strainer for basic filtration. The sealing lid with silicone gasket and safety hooks protects honey from moisture and dirt from the surroundings. The closure holds firmly even during handling, significantly reducing the risk of contamination during work in the honey house.

Mellarius MaxiLine is designed modularly to be easily adapted to your operation. For comfortable bottling into jars, we recommend a stainless steel stand that creates enough space under the valve even for taller containers. For a higher level of filtration, you can purchase stainless steel strainers in various grades (coarse, fine, ultra-fine) and stack them as needed. If you want filling to be even more precise and comfortable, a discharge valve can be fitted to the stainless steel gate valve.
