Warming cabinet is a device designed to gradually liquefy crystallized honey. The cabinet is fitted with an electronically controlled heater and its walls are insulated. Will accommodate single industrial size pallet; 120x120 cm.
The professional Lyson liquefying chamber is an efficient and gentle solution for beekeepers and larger operations that process honey in large volumes. It is designed for liquefying crystallized honey in 200-litre drums before further processing or bottling into jars.
The interior space of the chamber allows the insertion of a drum together with a pallet measuring up to 120 × 120 cm. The unit is also compatible with a standard Euro pallet. The drum can be conveniently wheeled into the chamber without strenuous and risky manual handling.

Crystallization is a natural property of quality honey. However, for easy bottling and further processing, it is often necessary to restore its liquid consistency. The chamber is equipped with a 2 kW heating element and an integrated fan that ensures even circulation of warm air.
Thanks to uniform heating from all sides, the honey liquefying process is more efficient and avoids localized overheating of the drum contents.
When heating honey, it is important to select an appropriate temperature to avoid unnecessary reduction in its quality and damage to naturally occurring enzymes and other valuable substances. A sensitive thermostat allows the temperature to be set in the range of 30 to 55 °C and maintained throughout the entire liquefying process.
Precise regulation helps protect the honey from undesirable overheating and facilitates its preparation for subsequent bottling.
