The foundation of the MaxiLine series is durable food-grade stainless steel suitable for contact with honey. Sheet thickness of 0.8 to 1 mm gives the tank high strength and stability even when filled with larger quantities of honey. Precision plasma welding creates smooth joints without tiny pores where honey residues could accumulate. The polished interior surface is easy to clean, reduces the buildup of impurities, and helps maintain a high hygienic standard during honey processing.

Sealing lid protects honey from moisture and contaminants

Honey is hygroscopic and therefore readily absorbs atmospheric moisture. If not properly sealed, the water content can increase, raising the risk of fermentation.
