Cassette honey extractors are designed for larger apiaries. They are characterized by a small number of cassettes in the basket of honey extractors, but for this they are very efficient during centrifugation. The spinning cycle takes place in two directions, and thanks to the guides used, there is no need to manually move the cassettes and the possibility of blocking them.
Automatic Reversible Stainless Steel Honey Extractor for 6 Frames (230 V)
Do you want to save time and effort when extracting honey while working gently with the combs? This six-frame reversible honey extractor with fully automatic control is an excellent choice for medium and larger apiaries. Thanks to automatic cycles, manual turning of cassettes is eliminated – the extractor takes care of changing direction itself, while you can smoothly continue uncapping more frames. The result is fast and even honey extraction with minimal risk of damaging the bee combs.
Solid Construction and Food-Grade Materials
The honey extractor is designed for long-term and reliable operation in standard beekeeping conditions. The drum and basket are made of food-grade acid-resistant stainless steel (0H18N9), which resists acids well and is easy to keep clean. The drum wall has a thickness of 0.6 mm, the bottom 0.8 mm. The robust steel frame is protected with electrostatically applied coating for higher durability. Safety during operation is ensured by a double transparent lid made of acrylic glass (plexiglass), so you always have the extraction process under control. If the cover is accidentally opened during operation, the safety switch immediately stops the motor.
Automation That Works for You, and Smooth Operation Without Unnecessary Vibrations
Control is provided by the automatic unit HE-02N, where you can select manual mode or automatic program including the option of custom settings. Extraction takes place in both directions and spring-connected cassettes ensure smooth return to the starting position. Power is provided by a 230 V electric motor and quality ball bearings contribute to quiet, refined operation. Included are also softened PVC pads that help dampen vibrations caused by different comb weights (depending on the amount of capped honey). Work is thus more stable, safer and more comfortable.
Suitable for a Wide Range of Frame Sizes
The basket and cassettes are dimensioned with reserve while protecting frames against breakage. The extractor is suitable for frames 39×17, 39×24, 39×27.5, 39×30, for all Langstroth sizes (137 to 285), Optimal (42×17, 42×27.5), Dadant, Czechoslovak (37×30) and other common variants. Cassettes with mesh size 20×40 mm leave sufficient space above and below the frame.
