This reversible electric stainless steel honey extractor for 6 frames from the Optima Line series by the proven European manufacturer Lysoň is designed to save time and effort. Thanks to reversible cassettes, there's no need to manually turn the combs during extraction – with a larger honey flow, you'll notice the difference immediately. The control allows selection of automatic program or manual mode, so you can adjust the entire process according to the type of honey, age of comb, and strength of frames.

The extractor can be powered from 230 V mains, or directly from a 12V battery (e.g., car battery), so you can extract honey in the field without available electricity. The control unit offers 9 preset cycles and allows adjustment of total time and motor speed ramp-up. Universal Capacity and Frame Compatibility

The model is designed for a wide range of common frame sizes. You can comfortably insert frames Langstroth (137 to 285), 39×17, 39×24, 39×27.5, 39×30, Optimal 42×17 and 42×27.5, Dadant, Czechoslovak 37×30 and many others. All extractors in our range accommodate Langstroth frames vertically – there's enough space around the basket and cassettes, the basket width is primarily decisive. A strong point of this model is the ability to extract up to 12× Langstroth 2/3 (159) at once!

Top-Quality and Safe Construction

When working with honey, hygiene and safe operation are crucial. The drum with a diameter of 100 cm and all parts coming into contact with honey are made of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel 0H18N9 (food-grade) with a thickness of 0.6 mm. The basket is made of stainless steel bars and is fitted with cassettes with shaping that helps protect the comb and reduces the risk of frame tearing. The cassettes are connected by springs that automatically return them to the starting position after extraction. For smooth operation, the basket is mounted in bearings at the top and bottom, and the drive is provided by a quiet 280 W motor located in the lower part. The transparent lid made of durable plexiglass allows safe monitoring of extraction without direct contact with the rotating basket.

Important Power Supply Warning

When operating on 12 V, use exclusively a car battery or original Lysoň transformer. Using a standard car charger or non-original transformer can irreversibly damage the control unit! For smooth honey processing, we recommend supplementing equipment with a settling tank with jacket heating and suitable cleaning products from our range.
