Premium Lysoň Beekeeping Suit with Removable Veil

Working at the hives should be mainly a pleasure, not stress from stings. Whether you're just starting beekeeping or caring for dozens of colonies, reliable protective clothing is the foundation for calm and safe handling of frames and during inspections. The beekeeping suit from the PREMIUM line by Lysoň (more than 25 years of experience in the field) offers a high level of protection against stings and comfortable wearing even in summer heat.

Safety at work and details that make sense

The suit is designed with regard to what beekeepers actually deal with in practice. The sleeves end with firm elastic cuffs with a thumb hole, thanks to which the garment stays in place and minimizes the risk of bees entering under the sleeve when lifting supers or pulling out frames. The removable veil has a well-thought-out construction with double rings – the mesh remains at a safe distance from the face, doesn't stick to the skin and ensures good visibility. The back part of the veil is reinforced with sturdy fabric and for the best sealing of the connection to the suit, there is a Velcro fastening.

Comfort and ventilation even during hot days

Fully equipped at the bees can be demanding in summer, which is why PREMIUM Line relies on effective ventilation. Ventilation mesh is sewn into the back and additional ventilation openings can be found in the armpits, where heat accumulates the most. Quick dressing is also practical – the lower part of the legs is equipped with zippers, so you can easily pull the suit over your shoes. The main fastening features a quality two-way zipper for comfort while working and sitting.

Material, maintenance and practical equipment

The suit is made of durable and breathable drill fabric (65% polyester, 35% cotton). It includes spacious zippered pockets where you can safely store your hive tool, bee brush or other beekeeping equipment. Maintenance is simple: after detaching the veil, the suit itself can be machine washed up to 60°C and tumble dried on low speed (ironing up to 150°C, do not bleach). We recommend washing the veil by hand up to 60°C, do not wring and dry hanging freely (ideally away from direct sunlight).
