The double tin-plated strainer with a diameter of 21 cm helps to effectively strain honey already during bottling from the honey extractor or into a settling tank. Thanks to two filtration layers, you obtain cleaner, more visually attractive honey without unnecessary repeated pouring.
Two-Stage Filtration for Reliable Honey Cleaning
The strainer consists of two sieves that practically connect to each other. The upper coarse sieve with a 2 x 2 mm mesh catches larger impurities, such as pieces of wax or comb fragments. The lower fine sieve with a 1 x 1 mm mesh then cleans the honey of smaller particles. The fine sieve is convex, which increases the filtration area and reduces the risk of rapid clogging when straining thicker honey.

The sieves are connected to a rim made of steel sheet and complemented by a handle with a hook made of steel wire.
