If you want to get rid of the monotonous work of drilling frames, this is the right product for you. I designed this frame drill so that you can drill an entire frame slat with a single movement. Whether you're drilling top and bottom, or side slats, this excellent helper will allow you to drill up to 450 frames per hour. The distance between drill heads can be easily adjusted, the construction is solid with rubber anti-slip feet, the table is on linear guides, and 6 adjustable drill heads are on aluminum rails. Powerful DC motors with chucks can hold drill bits with diameters of 1.5 - 2.0 mm. The heads have 5,000 - 10,000 rotations per minute. The delivery also includes a power cable with a switch. The drills can be powered from a car battery, or a stronger 12 or 24 V DC power source (car charger, rectified transformer).
12 V is suitable for standard drilling. However, if you have more frames and want high-speed drilling, use 24V power and you won't be able to keep up with changing the slats. A suitable power supply with 12/24V switching can be purchased directly here in the e-shop.
The device is supplied in a disassembled state with detailed assembly instructions which will help you assemble the drill without problems. For assembly, you will need basic tools (Phillips screwdriver, hex keys, hammer). The package does not include drill bits.
