Fast Drilling and Use for Various Frame Types

The foundation is a simple but well-thought-out slide mechanism that allows you to drill the entire top bar with one smooth motion. The device adapts to what you're currently drilling – top, bottom, and side bars according to frame type and wiring method. With efficient work, you can drill up to 450 frames per hour, so a task that previously took an entire afternoon is completed in moments.

Solid Construction and Precise Spacing Adjustment

When drilling frames, millimeters matter – and that's exactly what this device is built for. The table is guided on precise linear guides, ensuring smooth movement without jamming. Four drilling heads are mounted on a solid aluminum profile, and their spacing can be easily adjusted according to top bar dimensions and desired wire layout. Stability on the work table is ensured by rubber non-slip feet that also dampen vibrations.

Powerful Motors and 12/24 V Power Supply

The device is equipped with DC motors with chucks for drill bits with a diameter of 1.5–2.0 mm. RPM in the range of 5,000 to 10,000 RPM helps create clean holes without wood fraying, which is important for smooth wire threading.

A great advantage is the choice of power supply. A power cable with switch is included in the delivery. The device can be powered by:

• 12 V source (car battery, standard transformer): For regular work and steady pace in the workshop.
• 24 V source: For maximum performance and speed – ideal when preparing larger series of frames and you want to be limited only by inserting top bars.

Simple Assembly

For safe transport and compact packaging, we deliver the device in disassembled state ("kit"). However, assembly is easy – you'll find detailed assembly instructions in the package. You'll manage with basic household tools (Phillips screwdriver, Allen keys, hammer).

Warning: Package does not include drill bits. We recommend ordering them separately according to your chosen diameter.
