Gentle Processing of Cappings Without Unnecessary Overheating

The heated lid helps first release and drain residual honey from the cappings and then render clean beeswax. Digital temperature control ranging from 30 °C to 120 °C allows precise adjustment according to the current processing stage. At lower temperatures, honey gradually drains without excessive heating that could negatively affect enzymes or increase HMF levels. After the honey has been separated, the temperature can be raised to begin the actual wax rendering. The enclosed space of the uncapping table also limits bee access and helps maintain a clean working environment.

Even Heating Thanks to Forced Air Circulation

An integrated industrial fan ensures even distribution of warm air across the entire surface of the uncapping table. The fan motor with a power output of 60 W and a speed of 1300 RPM supports stable heat distribution, so the wax melts more smoothly and without localized overheating. Using the lid is very straightforward. The clear display makes it easy to monitor operation.
