Heated Honey Creaming Equipment Mellarius MaxiLine 230 V capacity 145 kg - automatic

Honey creaming machines of the Mellarius MaxiLine series have a modern construction, with the possibility of leg disassembly. The drums of the creaming machines are made of stainless steel, designed for food use of sufficient thickness (0.8 to 1 mm), so that unwanted dents cannot easily occur. The entire equipment is manufactured using plasma welding. The construction emphasizes smooth surfaces that can be easily cleaned. The construction of the creaming machine allows easy manipulation of the stirring bar and motor, everything can be disassembled by loosening two screws and easily washed.

The creaming equipment allows gradual crystallization so that honey achieves ideal creamed consistency. This process includes cyclical aeration and occasional stirring for several days until the honey reaches the desired creamed consistency. Creaming is the process of breaking down honey crystals until it reaches creamed consistency. Heating above 40°C liquefies the honey again and the crystals dissolve. The creaming equipment allows gradual crystallization so that honey achieves ideal creamed consistency, similar to chocolate creams for children. This process includes cyclical aeration and occasional stirring for several days until the honey reaches the desired creamed consistency. Aeration occurs during stirring. Stirring is performed several times daily for about 10 to 15 minutes. Creaming is the process of breaking down honey crystals until it reaches creamed consistency.

Legs with wheels
