Honey creaming machine, 70 L (95 kg), 400 V
Honey creaming machine is a mixing and stirring machine for production of creamed honey. Made of stainless steel, and fitted in fully automatic controller. 70 L (100 kg)
Professional Honey Creaming Equipment – 70 l (400 V) with Automatic Control
Do you want to offer your customers honey that spreads beautifully and remains smooth for a long time? This 70-liter creaming equipment allows you to produce creamed (set) honey with a smooth texture that doesn't drip from bread and is popular with children and adults alike. For many beekeepers, this is an investment that pays for itself quickly due to the higher attractiveness of the product.

Why cream honey?
Most floral honeys naturally crystallize after extraction. When crystallization occurs without control, coarse crystals form and the honey in the container can harden so much that it becomes difficult to scoop and dispense. This is often a cause of customer dissatisfaction.
Creaming is controlled crystallization. The equipment stirs the honey in regular cycles, continuously breaking down the forming crystals and gently aerating the mixture at the same time. The result is smooth, homogeneous honey with a consistency resembling butter or chocolate cream. The composition of the honey doesn't change – only its physical properties change. Properly creamed honey spreads easily and maintains its pleasant creamy structure for a long time during storage.
Automatic operation saves time in the apiary and honey house
You can forget about manual stirring. The entire process is handled by the automatic control unit C-01, which controls the proven alternation of "stirring – pause". Properly set cycles are key to the fine structure of creamed honey.
Pre-set, practice-tested regime by the manufacturer:
15 minutes stirring (aeration) → 1 hour rest phase
The stainless steel stirrer driven by a motor starts for 15 minutes, works intensively with the crystals, and then follows an hour-long pause. This cycle repeats for several days (depending on the type of honey and room temperature) until you achieve the desired "creamy/buttery" consistency.
Stainless steel construction for food use
The equipment is designed for professional operation. The tank and stirrer are made of acid-resistant stainless steel (OH18N9), suitable for food contact and easy cleaning. You can conveniently drain the finished honey through the stainless steel gate valve 6/4", which facilitates jar filling.
