Forget about improvised and risky honey heating in a water bath or near a heat source, where overheating can easily occur. This 125-litre decrystallization chamber is designed for safe and uniform liquefying of crystallized honey so that it retains its quality, aroma, and flavor. It is perfectly suited for small to medium-sized beekeeping operations that want to keep the process under control and offer customers honey in first-class condition. The temperature range is 0–55°C.

A precise controller with an accuracy of +/− 0.1 °C helps maintain a stable temperature and minimize the risk of honey degradation. The thermostat, together with forced air circulation via fans, ensures uniform heating throughout the entire space – without hot spots and without unnecessary temperature fluctuations.

2. Capacity for Containers and Jars
The chamber is practical for everyday use: the interior space accommodates one 45 kg honey pail. If your honey is already jarred, you can comfortably place up to 50 one-kilogram jars on the standard stainless steel rack.
Tip: By purchasing an additional rack, you can increase the capacity to up to 75 jars in a single cycle.

3. 2-in-1 Use: Bee Pollen Drying
The chamber can also be used outside the decrystallization season. With optional pollen drying trays, you can easily use it as a dryer. Set the temperature within the recommended range of 35–40 °C, which is suitable for gentle drying and preserving the quality of bee pollen.
