Main Benefits and Advantages for Beekeepers
Gentle extraction without damaging the comb: The cassette system holds frames stably and helps protect combs from breaking during extraction. Guide elements reduce the risk of cassette jamming and integrated springs ensure smooth return to the starting position. The combs remain usable for the next honey flow and you save time and material.
Safety, control and quiet operation: Transparent plexiglass (metaplex) cover with 4 mm thickness allows you to monitor extraction without opening. The control unit monitors operation – when the lid is opened or the safety button is activated, the extractor stops immediately and an alarm is triggered. Also included are anti-vibration pads made of softened PVC (SOFT), which effectively dampen vibrations caused by different comb weights.
Stainless Steel Construction and Frame Size Compatibility
Everything that comes into contact with honey is made of certified acid-resistant stainless steel (0H18N9) for easy maintenance and high hygienic standards. The reinforced drum with a diameter of 72 cm (sheet thickness 0.6 mm) is stable even at higher speeds. The robust stand made of black steel with powder coating can be easily disassembled. The extractor is designed for 4 frames and easily handles frame sizes 39x17, 39x24 and Optimal 42x17.
Automatic Control HE-02N
Control is provided by the modern HE-02N unit with 8 adjustable programs. Programs 1 and 2 are designed for manual mode with direction selection (right/left rotation). Program 3 offers fully automatic factory settings and programs 4 to 8 can be customized according to the type of honey flow, honey viscosity and comb condition. An hour meter is also included. Smooth power transmission is ensured by a bottom-mounted 370 W electric motor on quality bearings.
Warranty and Service
The honey extractor is manufactured in the EU and meets European requirements (CE, quality and safety certificate). We provide a 24-month warranty and warranty and post-warranty service including available spare parts is a matter of course. For complete honey extraction, we recommend supplementing the equipment with stainless steel honey settling tanks and suitable disinfectants.
