Liquefying and Drying Box SIPA "Grande" – Stainless Steel

Take your honey work to the next level with the SIPA "Grande" liquefying cabinet. This professional heating box was developed specifically for the needs of beekeepers who want to gently dissolve crystallized honey without risk of overheating and loss of valuable enzymes. Precise German craftsmanship combined with quality stainless steel construction guarantees long service life, reliable operation and saves time and energy.

Why choose SIPA "Grande"?

SIPA "Grande" is not just a heated cabinet. It is a universal device that finds application throughout the entire beekeeping year. In warm months you can use it for gentle pollen drying, while during the season and beyond it ensures that your honey will always have the ideal liquid consistency and be ready for extraction.

Main advantages for beekeepers

  • Gentle honey handling: The fan ensures uniform circulation of warm air, so there is no local overheating of honey, as occurs with heating coils.
  • Intuitive Sensor-Touch control: Digital thermostat allows precise temperature setting in the range of 25–80 °C. Pre-set programs for honey and pollen are available as well as custom settings.
  • Economical operation: Thanks to quality insulation, consumption after reaching the desired temperature (e.g. 40 °C) is only about 40–50 W.
  • Control without heat loss: Glass door with thermal insulation glass allows monitoring of the liquefying process without opening the box.

Flexible interior arrangement

The interior space of the box is designed with maximum variability. The delivery includes three perforated stainless steel shelves with height adjustment capability. This allows comfortable liquefying of honey in various containers – from jars to large settling tanks and drums.

Approximate box capacity:

  • 2× settling tank 50 kg (or 2× drum 40 kg)
  • approx. 4× bucket 25 kg
  • approx. 6–8× pail 13 kg
  • Possibility of using up to 20 trays for pollen drying (optional accessory, art. 6899)

Safety and maintenance

For safe operation and long service life of the device, follow these recommendations:

  • The box is intended exclusively for processing honey and pollen – do not use it for flammables or chemicals.
  • Despite the possibility of setting higher temperatures, the device is not intended for melting wax, there is risk of contamination and ventilation damage.
  • Prevent water from entering the heating unit and electronic parts.
  • When handling heavy containers, ensure safety and use protective equipment.
  • Before first startup, thoroughly study the included operating manual.
