The premium offering of our honey extractors. Mellarius MaxiLine honey extractor is a guarantee of high quality and long service life. These extractors are manufactured from thicker stainless steel sheets (0.8 to 1 mm) and are equipped with massive legs that increase the extractor's stability. Each Mellarius extractor in MaxiLine design is equipped with a sloped bottom, thanks to which honey flows comfortably to the discharge tap. There is no need to tilt them or handle them further. Modern Construction

Mellarius MaxiLine series extractors have a modern construction, with the possibility of leg disassembly. The extractor drum is made of stainless steel intended for food purposes with sufficient thickness (0.8 to 1 mm), so that unwanted dents cannot easily occur. The entire extractor construction is manufactured using plasma welding. The construction emphasizes smooth surfaces that are easy to clean.

The extractor baskets are manufactured with a denser mesh of stainless steel wires, thanks to which the force of the comb during extraction is distributed over a larger area and the wires do not cut into the bee work. Round rods are used for basket production, which are resistant to twisting. Round surfaces without sharp edges are also easier to clean.

The extractors are equipped with an innovative conical bottom, into which a welded stainless steel tap with gate valve is embedded in its lowest part. You can be sure that all honey will always flow out of the extractor completely without residue.

The leg system is also innovative, positioned and attached to the extractor to achieve maximum stability. The legs are made of massive material and contribute to stability during extraction with their own weight. Thanks to a simple but solid connection, the legs can be easily removed, making the entire extractor much more compact and allowing you to safely store it until next use.

Easy Disassembly

The drive system is always located in the upper part of the extractor, which provides the possibility of easy maintenance. Thanks to this solution, the extractor basket is freely placed on a ball bearing in the lower part. The drive is mounted on a clamping bar, on which there are also wide hinges for plexiglass covers. The clamping bar with drive is sufficiently massive, again made of polished stainless steel material, for easy maintenance. After removing the upper bar with drive, which is attached by two star screws, the entire drive can be easily removed. Just as easily, you can remove the entire basket from the extractor and can easily clean both the entire extractor and basket separately.

Proven Manual Drive with Brake

Quality manual drive with gearbox, thanks to which great force is not necessary when turning. The crank is made of tough, massive material that ensures strength and stability.

The force of the manual drive is transmitted to the extractor shaft using a worm gear, which functions as a brake when changing speeds. Thus, with a simple backward movement, you can slow down or completely stop the basket.

The drive is equipped with a freewheel, so there is no risk of the crank spinning when in use. So if you release the crank, the worm gear immediately releases, and the crank stops turning – always reliably and without any delay.
