The advantage of this gate is the knife (guillotine) closure, which cuts the honey flow quickly and precisely. When filling jars, you will significantly reduce dripping, sticky jar necks and mess on the table. The plastic used is lightweight, easily washable and suitable for food contact. The white color also facilitates visual inspection of valve cleanliness.
Easy installation in settling tank
You can use the gate as a replacement part or as a basis for making your own settling tank. The package includes everything needed: gate, rubber gasket and lock nut. After drilling a hole of the appropriate size, simply insert the gate, place the gasket and tighten with the nut from the inside – the connection is then tight and honey does not leak around the thread.
