Frame spacers are used to separate frames. Beekeeping spacers ensure precise and accurate separation of frames, maintaining the exact required spacing between frames. Made from quality plastic, the spacers have no sharp edges. Spacers are designed to maintain bee space between frames. Spacers also prevent spontaneous movement of frames during hive and super transfers. Each frame is typically equipped with four spacers. Standard spacer height is 10 mm and it is recommended to distribute spacers on both sides of frames at different distances so frames can be rotated without spacers touching each other.
