Canning lid TO 82 with cucumber design – a reliable closure for your preserves
This quality metal twist-off lid Twist Off TO 82 by manufacturer Alians-DN LTD is designed for safe sealing of canning jars for both home and small-scale professional preserving. Thanks to its attractive lithographic print featuring cucumbers and dill, it is especially well suited for pickled cucumbers, mixed pickles, and vegetable medleys. The practical design also makes it easy to quickly identify contents in your pantry and gives finished preserves a neat, professional appearance.

Reliable sealing for successful preserving
The lid is equipped with an inner plastisol gasket that, when used correctly, helps create a firm vacuum seal. The standard RTS (Regular Twist Step) profile and the construction with six clamping lugs ensure a stable connection with the jar neck of 82 mm in diameter. The lid is suitable for pasteurization up to 105 °C and works well with recipes containing vinegar, salt, or citric acid.
A practical choice for home pantry supplies
The TO 82 size is among the most commonly used sizes for standard canning jars, including the popular 720 ml jars. Thanks to the durable tinplate with a food-grade surface coating, the lid is suitable for long-term storage of vegetable preserves. When the correct procedure is followed, it helps minimize the risk of leakage and loss of vacuum.

Tips for proper use
Before preserving, check that the jar neck is clean, dry, and undamaged. We recommend briefly warming the lid in hot water to approximately 60 °C so that the sealing compound softens and adheres better to the glass. After pasteurization and cooling, the center of the lid should be slightly concave, indicating that a vacuum has been created. Always use undamaged lids for preserving; the best results are achieved with a new lid.
