With this device, the uncapping process becomes simpler and more automated. Simply place the frame in position, turn the crank, and thanks to the profiled stainless steel teeth, uncapping frames on both sides is very easy, so the wax falls directly into the container.
The device is available in a version for Dadant Blatt 1/2 frames
The innovative design of the tool includes automatic adjustment of the space between the rollers and allows the use of combs up to 3 mm thick on both sides. The guides can also be adjusted and rotated depending on the frame width.
The simple construction allows easy installation of the uncapping tool using two screws to attach it to the table. The device is gentle on the wax combs and leaves the cells virtually intact, which promotes quick and easy reconstruction of combs by the bees.
