The cut is designed for freedom of movement and comfortable wearing even in warmer months. The purple color looks modern and is less irritating to bees than some bright shades, which can contribute to more comfortable handling at the hives. Durable yet lightweight fabric with a weight of 185 g/m² offers a good compromise between protection and breathability.

Practical Detail Solutions for Beekeeping Practice

A key part of the suit is the removable hat with mesh. Double rings keep the mesh safely away from the face, so you have good visibility and the necessary ventilation (the back part of the hat is designed with a combination of mesh and fabric). Dressing is made easier by a sturdy front zipper. In the neck area, there is also a protective flap with velcro that helps prevent bees from getting under the clothing.

For comfortable fit on the body, there are drawstrings and elastic elements at the waist and sleeves. The legs are finished with elastic bands to prevent them from riding up during work. When kneeling frequently, you'll appreciate the double material on the knees, which increases durability in stressed areas. Practical pockets are also included: two side pockets, two chest pockets (one with zipper, the other with velcro), and a narrow longitudinal pocket on the right leg ideal for a hive tool. For easy storage, two loops are also included for hanging both the suit and the hat.

Maintenance That Extends Lifespan

The suit is designed for long-term use and comes with a 24-month warranty. Always remove the hat before washing. The suit can be machine washed up to 40°C and tumble dried on low speed. We recommend hand washing the hat (up to 40°C) or machine washing in a protective laundry bag. Do not bleach, do not wring, and dry ideally hanging away from direct sunlight. If ironing is needed, iron through cotton fabric or use a steam iron.
