Honey extractor Mellarius MaxiLine 4 f. manual with large crank without shaft P64
A tangential honey extractor for four frames with manual drive. The width of the basket is 30 cm, so the honey extractor is suitable for most frames. The honey extractor is made of stainless steel sheets, meeting the certificates for contact with food.
Tangential four-frame honey extractor Mellarius MaxiLine with manual drive
Need a reliable honey extractor that speeds up honey harvesting while being gentle on your combs? The Mellarius MaxiLine tangential honey extractor for four frames is a practical choice for beekeepers looking for quality stainless steel construction, easy operation, and long service life. The main advantage of this model is the basket without a central shaft. This allows you to conveniently turn the frames directly inside the basket during extraction, without the need to remove them. As a result, the work is faster, smoother, and the risk of damaging the honeycomb is reduced.

Quality stainless steel construction and smooth design
The Mellarius MaxiLine honey extractor is made from sturdy food-grade stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8 to 1 mm. The polished surface is suitable for contact with food and makes it easy to maintain the necessary hygiene during honey processing. The drum is manufactured using precision plasma welding, which ensures that the interior surfaces are smooth, free of unnecessary edges and spots where honey could accumulate. The basket is made of a densely woven stainless steel mesh from round rods resistant to twisting. This evenly distributes the centrifugal force over a larger area of the comb, reduces wire cutting into the honeycomb, and helps protect the combs even at higher speeds.
Conical bottom for easy honey drainage
The honey extractor is designed so that as little honey as possible remains in the drum after extraction. The conical, or sloped, bottom directs honey naturally toward the lowest point, where a recessed stainless steel honey gate with a guillotine valve is located. This eliminates the need to unnecessarily lift, tilt, or prop up the extractor. Honey flows smoothly directly to the outlet, saving time and effort during final processing.

Manual drive with freewheel and safety brake
The manual drive with a robust gearbox allows comfortable extraction without the need for great physical effort. The rotation is transmitted by a worm gear mechanism, which also serves as a practical brake. The basket can be slowed down or stopped with a simple reverse movement of the crank handle. The drive is also equipped with a freewheel that disconnects the drive from the spinning basket when the handle is released. This prevents the crank from spinning on its own, making the operation of the honey extractor safe and easily controllable.

Stable legs and easy maintenance
During extraction, a firm support is essential, especially when the frames are not perfectly balanced. The honey extractor stands on heavy-duty steel legs that help dampen vibrations and keep the unit stable during operation. The legs can be easily removed, so the extractor takes up less space during off-season storage. Maintenance is also practically designed. The upper stainless steel drive bar is secured with two star knob screws. After loosening them, the bar along with the basket can be quickly removed, allowing thorough rinsing of both the drum and basket with hot water.
