What the ApiTek® filling machine brings you
Precise dosing without unnecessary losses: The key component is an integrated scale that continuously monitors weight during filling. You'll avoid overfilling (and thus honey losses) as well as underfilling, which can unnecessarily complicate sales. The range of 15 g to 5 kg covers small tasting jars to large containers.
12 V and 230 V power supply – ideal for migratory beekeeping: Thanks to the supplied adapter, you can power the filling machine from 230 V mains or from a 12V car battery. A practical solution for migratory beekeeping, operations without stable electricity supply, or honey houses away from main facilities.
Simple operation for smooth work: A self-priming gear pump driven by a quiet motor ensures filling doesn't disturb you even during longer series. On the display, you set the target weight and choose the mode: manual start for individual jars, or automatic dosing for fast serial bottling.
Design and package contents
The filling machine is supplied as a complete assembly ready for immediate use (Plug & Play). Included is a hose system for pumping honey from containers: suction hose (1.2 m) and connecting hose. The weighing platform is designed for jars up to 24 cm high, so it easily accommodates most common containers including Facette 720 ml types and taller variants.
