Honey Filler FillOmat® – Professional 3-in-1 Solution for Fast Bottling

Take honey bottling to the next level and eliminate tedious manual filling. The Honey Filler FillOmat® is a compact yet highly efficient honey house assistant that saves time, monitors precise weight, and helps keep jar necks and work surfaces clean.

It's not just a dispenser. Thanks to its modular design, it offers three functions in one device: precise filling, fast pumping, and honey creaming (crystallization control).

Why Choose FillOmat® for Your Honey House

Sore backs, sticky floors, and endless jar refilling? With FillOmat®, bottling becomes smooth, clean, and controllable work. What it brings you:

  • Significant time savings: output of up to approximately 600 jars (500 g) per hour shortens work from days to one afternoon.

  • Precise dosing without topping off: electronic control doses with accuracy of approximately ± 2 g. No more "just to be safe" extra or underweight jars.

  • Clean jar necks and table: "non-drip" nozzles and check valve limit honey dripping and maintain order during bottling.

  • Universal use: handles liquid and creamed/set honey. Interchangeable nozzles facilitate work with different jars and honey viscosity.

How FillOmat® Works in Practice

1. Automatic Jar Filling

Honey is drawn through a hose directly from the settling tank and dispensed into jars. Touch control allows easy setting of desired weight in the range of 30 g to 45 kg. For smooth filling, temperatures of 20–25 °C for fresh liquid honey and 26–35 °C for creamed honey with low water content are usually recommended.

2. Honey Pumping

When you need to move honey between containers, simply switch to pumping mode. With output up to 400 kg per hour, you can handle large volumes without manual effort.

3. Honey Creaming (Crystallization Control)

FillOmat® also helps with honey processing. Through cyclical pumping (so-called "crystal shearing"), you achieve fine, smooth set consistency. In practice, it's proven to seed the honey and then pump it 3–8 times with one-day intervals depending on crystallization speed and desired fineness.
