Every beekeeper encounters this sooner or later: quality honey naturally crystallizes. However, if your customers prefer liquid honey, you need a reliable and gentle method to return it to liquid state. The ApiCera® Beta liquefying box is a professional heating cabinet designed for safe liquefying without unnecessary risk of overheating and without the need for constant supervision.
Gentle honey heating and convenient operation
Instead of water baths and improvised heating, ApiCera Beta works with thermostat-controlled warm air circulation. A quiet fan ensures even flow throughout the entire chamber, so heat is distributed evenly and honey is not heated "locally" to too high a temperature. This helps preserve its natural properties and valuable components that bees store in honey.
A great advantage is the digital control with timer. You set the desired temperature and operating time in the range of 1 to 999 hours and the box works independently. You can leave honey to liquefy overnight, for example, and continue bottling or filling into jars in the morning without unnecessary waiting.
Flexible use: settling tanks and jars
The internal space corresponds to common beekeeping practice. For larger volumes of honey, 1× 50kg settling tank or 2× 25kg containers fit comfortably inside.
Do you need to heat already filled jars so that honey is beautifully clear again before sale? Thanks to five removable stainless steel shelves (included in package), you can quickly adapt the box to a shelf system for jars, smaller buckets or other containers. Robust painted metal construction and adjustable legs contribute to stability and long service life in operation.
