ApiCera® liquefying chamber "Alpha" – gentle honey warming without compromise

Crystallization is a natural characteristic of quality and genuine honey. However, customers often prefer liquid honey – and that's when the ApiCera® "Alpha" liquefying chamber comes into play. It allows honey to be safely and evenly liquefied without unnecessarily destroying its natural properties. Compared to a water bath or improvised heating, it minimizes the risk of overheating and uneven heating of the contents.

Why choose the ApiCera Alpha chamber

Gentle liquefying with uniform temperature: The chamber works with thermostat-controlled circulation of warm air. A quiet fan distributes heat throughout the entire space, so honey is not exposed to local overheating. Thanks to stable temperature, honey better retains its quality and HMF increase is limited.

Precise setting and unattended operation: You can easily set the temperature and heating time on the external digital display. The timer allows setting a cycle in the range of 1 to 96 hours, so you can let liquefying run peacefully overnight or during work in the apiary.

For buckets, settling tanks and jars: The internal space is designed so that a 35 kg settling tank or 25 kg honey bucket fits comfortably inside. The delivery also includes stainless steel shelves (two full and one half), thanks to which you can easily modify the chamber into a practical "shelf" and liquefy honey in jars ready for sale.
