Stainless steel tangential honey extractor for 4 frames with electric drive is an excellent choice for beginner and hobby beekeepers with a smaller number of colonies who have access to a standard electrical network. The drive powered from 230 V mains (24 V motor) in combination with simple MDD-01 control significantly facilitates honey extraction and speeds up the entire extraction process. You can adjust the speed smoothly using a practical manual knob, so you have extraction always under control and can adapt to the condition of the combs and type of honey.

Gentle extraction and comb protection

The honey extractor is designed to be as gentle as possible on the combs. The drum with a diameter of 60 cm together with the well-thought-out basket arrangement helps prevent comb deformation even when extracting thicker honey. Thanks to this, the device is more tolerant of minor errors in speed settings, which is especially appreciated by beekeepers who are still building their experience. The package also includes PVC (SOFT) pads that dampen vibrations caused by uneven loading of frames in the basket. The weight of 26 kg also facilitates handling and transport in smaller beekeeping operations.

High compatibility with common frame sizes

The basket measuring 35 × 45 cm gives the honey extractor wide application possibilities across the most common frame sizes. You can easily extract Czech frames 39 × 17, 39 × 24, 39 × 27.5 and 39 × 30. The extractor is also suitable for the Langstroth system (137 to 285), Optimal 42 × 17 and 42 × 27.5, Dadant, Czechoslovak 37 × 30 and other widespread dimensions. Smaller frames, for example 39 × 15 or 39 × 17, as well as Langstroth 159, can be extracted two pieces at a time for higher efficiency.

Hygiene, easy cleaning and service guarantee

All parts that come into contact with honey meet hygienic and sanitary requirements. The transparent hinged lid made of 3mm plexiglass allows safe monitoring of the extraction process while limiting honey splashing into the surroundings. The honey extractor has CE certification and is designed to be easily assembled, disassembled and thoroughly cleaned.
