Metal roof for Czechoslovak langstroth hive. Roof made of high-quality galvanized sheet metal for outdoor use. Manufactured with dimensions of 48.5 x 48.5 cm and height of 5 cm, which ensures sufficient overlap over the edge of the hive. Nevertheless, we recommend applying a protective coating to the metal roofs to extend their lifespan. It is necessary to place an inner cover film and some insulation material such as felt or polystyrene between the metal roof and the super. This is especially important during the summer period to prevent the hives from overheating.
Roofs are supplied without insulation.
