The water-cooled manual foundation press with silicone mold is designed for easy production of your own wax foundation directly at the apiary. The cooling is integrated in the upper part of the mold with direct connection to hoses, so the wax solidifies quickly and work proceeds smoothly. Excess wax drips into an integrated collection tray. The mold dimensions are 420 × 270 mm. The delivery includes accessories: stainless steel spatula, ladle, brush, and set of hoses.
Full Control Over Wax in Your Apiary
Producing your own foundation is one of the most reliable ways to maintain wax quality and minimize risks to bee colonies. With this press, you work exclusively with your own wax, so you can be sure that the foundation is not diluted with paraffin or contaminated with unwanted additives or residues from other apiaries. A closed wax cycle is a proven prevention measure for protecting colony health and helps reduce the likelihood of introducing dangerous diseases (e.g., American foulbrood). Additionally, bees usually accept clean own wax more readily and draw it out faster, which has a positive effect especially on spring development.
Faster Production Thanks to Water Cooling
The integrated water cooling connected directly to the upper part of the mold shortens the solidification time of melted wax and enables continuous work without long waiting. The silicone matrix creates a precise imprint of worker cells and also facilitates removal of the finished foundation – the wax does not stick to the mold. The drip tray catches excess, keeping the workplace tidy and preventing unnecessary loss of valuable material.

The package includes a stainless steel spatula for convenient trimming of foundation edges, a ladle for precise wax dosing, a brush, and hoses needed to connect the cooling circuit.
