This tangential 3-frame honey extractor from the CLASSIC LINE series is a practical and affordable choice especially for smaller apiaries. It offers quality stainless steel construction, modern electronic control, and great power supply flexibility, allowing you to use it even where electrical grid is not available.

What You'll Appreciate During Extraction

12V and 230V Power Supply for Work Anywhere: The extractor is equipped with an upgraded control unit (SDD-2DP) and a 250W motor in the lower part. You can power it from 230V mains or from a 12V DC source (for example, from a car battery). This allows you to extract honey directly at the bees in the apiary or at a migratory location.

Gentle on Combs and Stable at Higher Speeds: The basket is made of stainless steel acid-resistant rods with a 20 × 20 mm mesh that provides firm support for the combs. The construction helps prevent comb damage and breakage even during faster extraction. Thanks to quality bearings, power transmission is smooth and the extractor runs stably.

Cleanliness and Safety During Work: The transparent lid made of 3mm plexiglass protects the honey from impurities while allowing you to monitor the extraction process without opening the drum. The package also includes anti-vibration pads made of softened PVC that dampen shocks caused by different weights of capped combs.

Universal Basket for Common Frame Sizes

The extractor easily adapts to various frame sizes. Frames are inserted tangentially (parallel to the drum wall) into a basket measuring 34 × 42 cm, so manual turning is required for extraction from both sides. Compatibility covers most commonly used frames – for example 39×15, 39×17, 39×24, 39×27.5, 39×30, all Langstroth sizes (137 to 285), Optimal 42×17 and 42×27.5, Dadant, Czechoslovak 37×30, and others.

Stainless Steel Construction, Warranty and Service

The drum and basket – all parts coming into contact with honey – are made of certified stainless steel acid-resistant steel (0H18N9). For convenient honey draining, the extractor is equipped with a stainless steel gate valve. We provide a 24-month warranty and ensure complete warranty and post-warranty service including spare parts. The device meets European quality and safety requirements (CE) and is manufactured in the EU.
