White Decrystallization Chamber with Window in Door – 125 l
Do you need to gently and safely liquefy crystallized honey while preserving its natural properties? This white decrystallization chamber with a volume of 125 liters is a practical solution for beekeepers who want to offer their customers honey in premium quality. Thanks to precise temperature control with a deviation of only +/- 0.1 °C, you have the process fully under control and minimize the risk of overheating. You can comfortably place one large 45kg honey container in the chamber, or up to 50 pieces of 1kg jars, so it serves well even during regular operation.
Even Heat, Low Consumption and Control Without Opening
Heating is provided by a heating element together with fans that distribute heat throughout the entire chamber space so that decrystallization proceeds evenly. A great advantage is the glazed door with double glass and internal LED lighting – you can monitor the honey liquefying process at any time without unnecessary opening. This reduces heat loss and contributes to economical operation (consumption approx. 0.13 kWh). Depending on the currently supplied variant, the chamber may have 1 to 2 ventilation openings; during decrystallization itself, they remain closed so that heat does not escape unnecessarily.
Hygienic Design and Easy Cleaning
The interior space is made of durable aluminum sheet and the insulated walls are complemented by GLASBORD® boards. The Surfaseal® surface treatment increases resistance to moisture, scratching and limits the formation of mold and bacterial growth. Dirt does not penetrate the material structure, so after work you can quickly and easily clean the chamber hygienically.
Versatile Use: Honey Decrystallization and Gentle Pollen Drying
The chamber is not only for liquefying honey – when set to a lower temperature, you can also use it for gentle drying of bee pollen. For decrystallization, 40–50 °C is commonly recommended, for pollen usually 35–40 °C (depending on the type and desired result). For drying, you can purchase wooden or stainless steel drawers (depending on the design, 5 or 10 drawers fit inside). The basic equipment includes one removable stainless steel shelf in the form of a rack; by purchasing an additional rack, you can increase the capacity to up to 75 pieces of 1kg honey jars.
