Decrystallization Chamber for 2×45 kg Containers or up to 100 Jars (225 l)
Liquefying crystallized honey is a common step in honey processing if you want to offer customers beautifully liquid honey long after extraction. This professional decrystallization chamber with a volume of 225 liters allows you to gently and safely heat honey back to its original consistency in a controlled and uniform manner. Thanks to precise temperature regulation, there is no overheating, and therefore no unnecessary loss of natural enzymes, flavor, and other valuable components. The construction is designed for daily operation in beekeeping and meets hygienic requirements for working with food.
Practical 2-in-1 Solution: Honey Decrystallization and Pollen Drying
The chamber is designed as a universal helper for the honey house. It primarily serves as a powerful decrystallizer, but you can also easily use it for drying hand-collected pollen. Special pollen drawers (wooden or stainless steel) can be added upon request for pollen drying. An electronic thermostat with a minimal deviation of +/- 0.1 °C allows precise temperature setting and maintenance so that both honey and pollen are processed gently and without risk of degradation.
Uniform Heat Distribution and Simple Operation
The heating elements together with three powerful fans are located on the side of the chamber to evenly distribute heat throughout the entire space. For decrystallization, it is recommended to set the temperature to approximately 40 °C to max. 50 °C and close the adjustable stainless steel ventilation openings. The honey then gradually heats throughout its entire volume. The cycle length typically ranges from 12 to 24 hours depending on the type of honey and size of containers. When drying pollen, simply reduce the temperature to approximately 35 °C to 40 °C.
Large Capacity and Durable Construction
The interior space is designed for high operational capacity: it comfortably accommodates two 45kg containers (buckets), up to 100 jars weighing 1 kg, or up to 150 jars of 0.5 kg. Jars can be stacked on three removable stainless steel racks; if needed, additional racks can be purchased and the arrangement adapted to smaller containers. The chamber is thoroughly insulated with polystyrene to limit heat loss and ensure more economical operation. The inner lining consists of washable aluminum sheet suitable for food use, while the outer casing is made of sturdy sheet metal with a durable polyester finish for long service life and corrosion protection.
